Employees of the Center for Sociocultural Research who took part in the psychological training “My Internal Barriers and Resources” were able to verify the correctness of this thesis.

On April 27, 2023, as part of the scientific seminar “Culture Matters,” psychological training was conducted by Nadezhda Murashchenkova, psychologist, researcher at the Center for Sociocultural Research.

In a comfortable environment for three hours, participants were able to expand their understanding of themselves, understand their leading needs, motives and intentions, determine their true attitude towards themselves and significant others, identify internal barriers, sources of stress and individual resources, outline directions and paths for further professional and personal development, seeing ourselves through the eyes of colleagues, getting to know each other better, showing and feeling understanding and support.
