Victoria Galyapina and Ekaterina Bushina presented an interactive lecture "Catching the Wind: Trends of the Near Future" as part of the educational program "Beacons of the Future" in the management workshop "Senezh"

On July 23, 2024,  Members of the Centre for Sociocultural research chief research fellow Victoria Galyapina and the leading research fellow Ekaterina Bushina held an interactive lecture "Catching the wind: trends of the near future" as part of the educational program "Beacons of the Future" in the management workshop "Senezh". This program was modeled for students of the Belgorod State Agrarian University, who were evacuated from under fire.

The participants of the "Beacons of the Future" project were 80 students of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions of the Belgorod region, leaders of student self-government, winners and finalists of competitions.

The program is aimed at forming a community of young people of the Belgorod region as a driving force for the development of the region in difficult geopolitical conditions, as well as developing career self-determination skills and building their own development trajectory related to the territory of their region among students of the Belgorod region.

As part of the lecture, the presenters discussed dying professions with the children, worked on the professions of the future, and formulated the skills of the future. There was a lot of communication, group and individual work, reflection.
