VI Summer School "Designing Feasible Cross-Cultural Research: Sampling and Procedure"

From 9 to 12 June 2016, VI Summer School "Designing Feasible Cross-Cultural Research: Sampling and Procedure" was held outside Moscow, organized by the International Research and Teaching Laboratory for Socio-Cultural Research of the Expert Institute at HSE. The headline teachers at the school were the leading researchers known across the world: Fons van de Vijver (PhD, Professor, Tilburg University) and Klaus Boehnke (PhD, Professor, Jacobs University, Bremen).

May 30th - June 1st the III International Research Conference "Culture in society, between groups and across generations", organized by the International Laboratory for Socio-Cultural Research at the Expert Institute of the Higher School of Economics took place in Moscow.

Participation in international scientific conference in Smolensk

On May 27-28, ILSCR staff members Nadezhda Lebedeva, Alexander Tatarko, Zarina Lepshokova, Victoria Galyapina, Marina Kotova, Dmitry Dubrov and Maria Drobovtseva took part in the Fifth international scientific conference "Theoretical problems of ethnic and cross-cultural psychology".

«Methodology of a field research»: scientific seminar in Saint Petersburg, May 25-26

A two-day seminar was held in the Saint-Petersburg’s HSE department on the 25th-26th of May and was conducted by the lecturers of Applied Social Psychology programme: Alyona Khaptsova and Olga Poluektova. The seminar’s topic was ‘Methodology of a Field Research: The Cost-Quality Balance’.
